Hello everyone!

It has been quite a while since I have even logged on this site! I missed it quite a bit; this community is one of the best I have ever encountered!

Unfortunately, a few years ago I did not feel all that safe when a guy from my college came looking for me through PWP. However, a good friend here did not give them any information and after so much time has passed (about two years, I think), I really do feel better about coming back here. Unfortunately, this person who seemed to have some stalker tendancies has still tried to contact me over the years and just today I see that they have "followed" me on Twitter. This was the last straw. My mother has always told me to follow my instincts when it comes to people, especially any people that raise red flags. Well, I am seriously considering obtaining a "stalking protective order" after speaking with a friend who knows quite a bit about the legal codes and told me point blank, "You need some sort of restraining order". I went to my college advisor today to get her thoughts on what I should seriously do (since I was afraid that roommates, family, or a school official would set the ball rolling immediately and faster than I was prepared for. She explained that she knew the Dean of Students and would contact her shortly on my behalf to speak with her to explain the situation to see what further steps could be done on the school's part or if I should go full force with it and get the protective order. 

So my question to anyone in the PWP community is: Have any of you had to deal with stalkers? Restraining or stalker forms? Especially in Oregon? I would love to explain my situation more in depth with someone who is willing to listen and give good feedback about the process or to even see what they thought about this person's acts towards me.
